At slim fast we are committed to delivering your Slim Fast Drops to you as quickly and securely as possible. We partner with premium courier services to ensure a smooth delivery experience across Pakistan.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are verified and processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed.

  • If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), our team may call or WhatsApp you on your provided phone number to confirm your order details before dispatching.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Fee: We offer 100% FREE DELIVERY on all orders across Pakistan. There are no hidden shipping charges.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes between 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

  • Note: Deliveries to major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) are often quicker, while remote or rural areas may take the full 5 days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. Please ensure you have the exact amount of cash ready at the time of delivery to hand over to the courier partner.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this tracking number on our courier partner's website to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses To prevent any delivery delays, please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout (including House/Apartment Number, Street, Block/Phase, and City). PakDesire is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Missed Deliveries Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your parcel. If you are unavailable at the provided address, the courier will call you. If the parcel remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse in Lahore.
